Some information about the "Zauberharfe" (Magic Harp)
THE INSTRUMENT
The magic harp is a small table harp with strings stretched over its soundbox.
A sheet of music is slid under the strings, on which the path of the melody is painted.
The strings are plucked exactly over the note: the melody sounds immediately and correctly.
With well-known songs, the rhythm is "automatically" played correctly.

Thanks to the low barrier system of underlayable sheet music and the very simple way of playing, which does not require any special technique, really everyone can become musically active with it.
The magic harp offers the possibility to play melodies and songs even if one has never learned an instrument or musical notation. This opens the door for ourselves, but also for the people we work with, into a musical world in which everyone can actively participate themselves in a magical way.
WHERE DOES THE MAGIC HARP COME FROM?
The Magic Harp is created in the "Manufactory Schloss Wernsdorf", the master music instrument maker Andreas Spindler has put all his experience and knowledge into the constant development of this small instrument. In the Franconian workshop, the magic harp is built sustainably and from predominantly local materials.
This form of harps has a long history, with roots dating back to around 3000 BC,
Underlay notes were first patented around 1900.

| Kompatibilität | grundsätzlich sind beide Modelle der Zauberharfe mit fast allen anderen gängigen Tischharfen anderer Hersteller kompatibel, da alle den Saitenabstand von 11,5 mm nutzen. Die meisten anderen Harfe haben 25 Saiten, so dass die 25-saitige Zauberharfe uneingeschränkt mit den anderen Harfen eingesetzt werden kann. | ||
